Introduction to Partnerships
Denmark ratified the United Nations Convention on the Disability of Persons with Disabilities in 2009 and thus committed ourselves to promote research and development of universal design. We take this commitment seriously and believe that it is best done in partnership with others.
The Bevica Foundation works in targeted, strategic partnerships that support the Fund's strategic two tracks:
- Creating attractive research and educational environmentsthat promotes knowledge of universal design
- The leaving no one behind agenda and the understanding of universal design are embedded as core values in decision makers and in society in general.
The partnerships universally fold the concept of design and make us smarter in both breadth and depth when working with the framework of the life lived.
