We work through networks
We only grow wiser when we share knowledge — which is why our networks play an essential role in achieving the goals we strive for.
We facilitate meetings between our three networks — both together and separately — several times a year. The aim is to inspire with new insights on the agendas that matter most to the foundation and to create space for dialogue across disciplines, helping members spark new ideas together.
Members of Bevica Fonden’s different networks also receive ongoing invitations to exclusive events and masterclasses.

Meet our network
Forskernetwerk
The purpose of the research network is to increase and strengthen universal design as a research field in Denmark, as well as to disseminate and develop research-based knowledge about universal design in the work to strengthen the Leave No One Behind agenda in Denmark.
Partnership network
The Partnership Network is created to inspire and learn from the experiences of the Foundation's partnerships. The foundation consists of nine primary partnerships, which work both in education and in practice.
Alumni Network
In the Alumni Network we bring together all current and former participants in the Bevica Scholarship Programme. The network is part of the work to create attractive research environments around universal design - both now and in the future.
Research network
Bevica Fonden’s interdisciplinary Research network consists of researchers who all work with the value-based concept of universal design within their respective fields. Each member has been carefully selected for their expertise.
Interdisciplinarity is key, as universal design cannot be advanced within a single discipline alone. The members of the Research Network represent diverse fields that shape the fundamental frameworks of everyday life — including the built environment, IT, educational practices, the labour market, media, design, product development, and leadership.
The Partnership network
Bevica Fonden is not application-driven. Instead, we work through strategic partnerships that span several years. The Partnership Network brings together key representatives from the foundation’s primary strategic collaborations.
The Partnership Network functions as a forum for inspiration and knowledge-sharing among Bevica Fonden’s main partners: the Royal Danish Academy – Architecture, Design, Conservation, DTU, Design School Kolding, AAU Innovation at Aalborg University, the Folkemødet Association, City of Copenhagen, Landsbyggefonden, Parasport Denmark, and the Danish Youth Association of People with Disabilities (SUMH).
Alumni network
All past and current participants in the Bevica Scholarship Programme are invited to join the foundation’s Alumni Network.
Members of Bevica Fonden’s Alumni Network receive invitations to selected events throughout the year. The aim is to strengthen their knowledge of and interest in universal design.
