Other Knowledge Environments
The Bevica Foundation works actively to strengthen and disseminate knowledge about Universal Design through long-term initiatives in partnership with other stakeholders. The Foundation focuses on the fact that the developed initiatives are based on the best possible evidence base and actively support the development of new knowledge in the field. This cooperation ensures that the Foundation not only shares its own knowledge, but also involves and refers to that of other organisations.
The Disability Knowledge Centre works to ensure that people with disabilities have better opportunities to live an active life and experience full participation in society.
The Institute for Human Centered Design (IHCD) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving experiences for people of all ages, abilities and cultures through excellence in design.
Rumsans is a knowledge portal about universal design in the built environment.
Zero Project (based in Austria) works globally for a world with zero barriers for people with disabilities.
