Description of treatment

Recipients

If necessary, we will share your personal data with a number of public authorities in connection with the allocation of funds.

Obligatory information

The information listed above under Categories of personal data is mandatory — in addition to the Social Security Number and bank account number — for reasons of user and case creation. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to process your application and the application will therefore be rejected.

Should we disburse funds to you, e.g. in connection with the fulfilment of an application for the allocation of funds, it will be necessary for us to process your Social Security Number and bank account number at that time. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to allocate funds to you.

Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • You have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of your personal data.
  • You also have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted.
  • If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights as set out below.
  • You have the right to receive the personal data that you have provided yourself in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (data portability).
  • You can always file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. Data Protection Authority.

In addition, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data in the following cases:

  • If our processing of your personal data is based on GDPR, Art. 6.1.e (public interest or exercise of public authority) or Art. 6.1.f (balancing of interests), see above under Processing Basis, you have the right to object at any time to such processing on grounds that may relate to your particular situation.
  • You also have an unconditional right to object to our processing of your personal data if we process your data for direct marketing purposes.

There may be conditions or limitations to these rights. It is therefore not certain that you, for example, have the right to data portability in the specific case — this depends on the specific circumstances of the processing activities.

You can exercise your rights by contacting Bevica Fonden by email info@bevica.dk or by phone 39 54 02 00 (Monday — Thursday 9:00-12:00).
