Research Centre for Disability and Employment — a better match between people with mobility impairments and the labour market

The research project focuses on the labour market and maps and analyses skills and resources among persons with mobility disabilities, the employment efforts of job centres and employers' attitudes and behaviour towards persons with mobility disabilities. It is done through through questionnaire surveys and case studies.

The new knowledge will be translated into “innovation workshops”, where stakeholders in the field are invited to help find new and more effective solutions that can improve the employment situation for people with mobility disabilities.
