Two-thirds of all people with mobility impairments who are in work are employed in a flexible job. Although studies show that employees, employers and job centres generally rate the scheme positively, there are also criticisms of the flexicurity scheme. In the project, we will examine how the flexible job market works and can be improved.

The article explores how unconscious bias in recruitment and leadership perceptions create barriers to inclusion and equality in the labour market – and how organisations must take responsibility for changing the structures that sustain discrimination.
