Inclusive mindset

Akrimar Tongkaew is a learning facilitator and PhD student at the project “Technology Leaving No One Behind” at DTU Skylab. Her research examines how to design, measure and implement educational strategies that propagate an inclusive mindset in universities. To strengthen inclusion in engineering and innovation, she works with the goal of conceptualizing the construction of an inclusive mindset as well as developing theoretical frameworks and tools to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive education strategies. Her research interests include inclusive design, inclusive education and change management.
