Forensic Universal Design: Exposing Architectural Violence Against People with Cognitive Disabilities
Josephine Eilert Bjørkholm explores how forensic architecture combined with universal design principles, can expose the systemic exclusion of people with cognitive disabilities in urban environments. By treating the built environment as silent witnesses, the project aims to reveal hidden barriers to accessibility in cities.
The project will be conducted in collaboration with the Digital Archeology Research Group at Leiden University to engage in a multidisciplinary approach.
