Aysel Küçüksu

Aysel Küçüksu is an Assistant Professor in Law and Artificial Intelligence at iCourts, University of Copenhagen. She is also the co-founder of the Offentlig AI Database (www.offentlig-ai.dk), Denmark’s first database on AI use in the public sector, an initiative aimed at enhancing transparency and informing public debate on AI’s growing role in governance. Aysel engages with universal design as a vulnerability scholar, examining how the law interprets human experiences and how best to integrate these lived realities into legal frameworks. She is part of the LEXplain and FLAIR research projects, which investigate the human rights implications of public sector digitalization.
