In Marie's research project, she explores how tactile and multisensory Extended Reality (XR) experiences can support the psychological wellbeing of hospitalised children and healthcare staff by transforming clinical environments into spaces of comfort, safety, and inclusion. Grounded in universal design principles and empathydriven co-creation, she seeks to craft virtual environments rich in sensory experiences, helping to alleviate anxiety and ease difficult transitions during hospitalisation and medical treatments.

Marie plans to sits to visit leading research labs in the U.S., UK, Japan, and Sweden, as well as different interntional conferences.
